The Role
As a Product Manager at Titrans Tech Ltd, you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of key technology products across our growing portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, data, and business development—to define product roadmaps, prioritise features, and ensure successful delivery from concept to launch.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping product direction, enhancing customer experience, and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business objectives.

Lead product discovery, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable requirements.

Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps and feature backlogs.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable technology solutions.

Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Track product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide future improvements.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across teams.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user insights.

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex digital products from concept to launch.

Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:

Experience within the IT, SaaS, or data-driven technology sectors.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or Aha!.

Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.

Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centred product development.
