Salary: £38,000 – £52,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses

The Role
As a Creative Technologist at Titrans Tech Ltd, you will blend technical expertise with creative thinking to prototype and build next-generation digital solutions. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to explore emerging technologies, experiment with new ideas, and bring innovative concepts to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with technology.
Key Responsibilities

Research, design, and prototype innovative digital experiences using modern tools and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and implement interactive products, tools, and experiences.

Experiment with new technologies (e.g., AR/VR, AI, creative coding, IoT) to explore their potential in commercial and creative contexts.

Translate creative ideas into functional, testable prototypes or proof-of-concepts.

Work with developers to scale successful prototypes into production-ready products.

Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and share insights across teams.

Present creative concepts and technical explorations to stakeholders and clients.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
-
Proven experience as a Creative Technologist, Technical Designer, or similar hybrid role.

Strong skills in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).

Experience with creative coding tools (e.g., p5.js, Three.js, Processing, or Unity).

Demonstrable ability to combine creative thinking with technical execution.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong design sensibility and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
Desirable:

Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, AR/VR, or generative design.

Familiarity with Figma, Blender, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Background in digital art, design technology, or interactive media.

Experience working in innovation labs, R&D, or creative tech studios.
