As part of our growing innovation and product development team, we are looking for a AI Design Specialist — a creative and technically skilled professional who can merge artificial intelligence with human-centred design to craft intelligent, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.
The Role
As an AI Design Specialist at Titrans Tech Ltd, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, UX/UI design, and product innovation. You will be responsible for designing AI-driven interfaces and systems that enhance user experiences across our digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop intelligent, human-friendly solutions that leverage the latest in AI, generative design, and machine learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype AI-driven interfaces, tools, and experiences that enhance user interaction and usability.

Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to integrate design principles into machine learning applications.

Develop user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for intelligent digital systems.

Experiment with generative design and AI-assisted creativity tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine AI product experiences.

Ensure ethical and inclusive design practices when implementing AI-driven solutions.

Stay informed about emerging technologies in AI, design automation, and human–AI interaction.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or creative technology with a focus on AI or data-driven systems.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Familiarity with AI platforms or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Strong understanding of human-centred design principles.

Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a visually compelling and accessible way.

Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desirable:

Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion).

Understanding of prompt engineering, conversational design, or natural language interfaces.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React).

Knowledge of ethical AI design and accessibility standards.

Degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
