TECH SALES SPECIALIST
Salary: £35,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Tech Sales Specialist to join our expanding commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of technology with the ability to build lasting client relationships and close strategic deals.
As a Tech Sales Specialist at Titrans Tech Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our suite of technology solutions and services. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business value.
Your expertise will play a key role in driving company revenue, building our client base, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Present and demonstrate Titrans Tech’s technology products and services to prospective customers.
Work closely with technical and product teams to deliver customised client proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to promote Titrans Tech Ltd.
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials to support outreach efforts.
Essential:
Proven experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
Target-driven mindset with a record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, or AI.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in the IT consulting or software industry.
Competitive salary of £35,000 – £48,000 per annum (based on experience).
